Background and Philosophy
Dick Stolk is a life coach, program leader, mediator and advisor. He has many years of national and international management experience at the highest level. Vitality coaching has always been a part of his work.

In search of a clear and effective way of helping, I came into contact with BestYearYet®, a simple, attractive, and highly effective program. The focus and direction of this method is that coaches determine their own focus, goals, and ideals. From that point on, they are accompanied for one year in their realization of those aims and ideals. The coachee concludes a contract with him or herself, while the coach serves as an objective sentinel against traps or restricting conditions and circumstances.

Starters coaching:
Designed to help realize the dreams of independent entrepreneurs and managers. The coaching develops focus and preparatory activities. After the initial consultations, there is a long period of tracking and evaluation of progress.
Reintegration coaching:
During the corporate reorganization movement of the early 21st century, a large number of entrepreneurs and executive managers were made redundant. The way to CWI and later to UWV does not contribute to a strong and worthy self-image. This type of person generally does not benefit from group trainings, unable to regain their previous high energy levels. They have an enterprising spirit and significant work experience. Occasionally they already have a basis plan, but they can still use a helping hand. By working under the new IRO plan (Individual Reintegration Agreement) these people can benefit from coaching and accompaniment. BestYearYet® helps these people recover their strength and energy. Insight into psychological blocking processes and the management experience of the life coach ensures headway and improvement.
Mediation:
Disputes that arise between parties or within department can often slow down a productive workforce. Frequently the mentality of individuals within the group can lead to the stirring up of sticking points and building frustration. Through individual conversations and workshops with team members, these problems can be identified and targeted. Intervention and reconciliation can solve these problems definitively.
